Good benefits and competitive OTE. Culture leaves room to be desired overall, but the people I work with directly are great. Leadership is very corporate and the structure is extremely bureaucratic. Team performances are imbalanced and that’s swept under the rug, leaving reps on lower performing teams feeling gaslit.
