With the economic downturn, focus shifted from people to profits. Customer relationships suffered. Employee pressure and negativity went through the roof. It seemed that the human element left when all of the layoffs occurred.

My overall experience at Salesforce was positive, this was driven by the junior-senior team culture and interactions. Guidance was readily available for SDRs and this created a collaborative and competitive environment.
