Current Employee Still great, but certain investor decisions can’t help leave people wondering if we’re turning into IBM. Focus shifts on pricing increases, cutting customer success, hiring quotas, slashing commission payouts, and less investment into technical sales assistance are the impetus for the new feeling that SF is looking for the “easy” ways to increase margin.
