Former Employee It’s a company where you can make a lot of money. It’s a great sales school.
But the environment is all about numbers, not people.
They focus on hitting targets and closing deals , not on what’s best for the customer or for you as a person, but rather what’s best for the manager and their number.
It’s all about sales, everything else doesn’t matter.
And then they wonder, “Why aren’t there more women on the teams?
