Salesforce has an incredible product, great support system for pre and post sales but leadership above my manager led with fear of your job and micromanaged constantly. Was not a positive experience there which is why I ultimately walked away.

SMB selling is difficult given the price of the product and the budget of small / growing customers. Quotas seem fair, but territories tend to be imbalanced. Some people are crushing it, others are struggling.
