Positive overall, but it had it's moments. Company loves to over hire, then PIP or make people redundant. I was lucky with decent territories but I watched some of my colleagues (most good AEs) struggle with very lean patches. Leadership - mixed bag. Some stand out leaders who would be at the top of my career, but again, I saw some colleagues struggle with bad ones. I question the companies future in the age of AI. It is moving fast and trying hard, so that's a pro, but I wonder where it will fit long term (I guess this is the same everywhere?). My advice, be VERY clear on the territory and the leaders before you go in. If it looks good, go for it you will make good money.

Leadership is inconsistent; depending on what vertical you fall under, you will be a great or lousy director, affecting your experience working under them.
