Bad selling practices are taught and worshipped, really smart coworkers but brainwashed by the ohana GRB & SMB is not worth it, vet the segment they’re putting you for very carefully

Current Employee3.1Apr 4, 2024The company has great recognition and it's somewhere that's easy to coast, as noone is hitting quota anyway. But salary in the SMB space is laughably low, commission earning potential just got nuked by us losing 90% of our territories, and the company just moved to a pooled commission model so you don't even eat what you kill any more.
