Salesforce is a great place to work, especially for employees who value innovation, collaboration, and purpose. The culture is inclusive and strongly centered on trust, customer success, and giving back to the community. Leadership is visible and communicates openly, which helps employees feel aligned with the company’s mission. There are strong opportunities for learning and career growth, supported by excellent training resources and internal mobility. Benefits are competitive, and work-life balance is generally respected. Like any large organization, processes can sometimes feel complex, but overall Salesforce provides a supportive, forward-thinking environment where employees are encouraged to grow and make an impact.

Learned so much! Great company. Culture began changing in 2023 to way more profit building focus and less on employee culture.

In this market it’s extremely difficult to sell premium enterprise solutions to SMBs, perhaps things are different in other orgs. Also while you can make extraordinary money if you are in the top 5% - the majority of AEs in SMB will make less OTE than at comparable vendors
