High turnover, be ready to be randomly reassigned to a new team every year and expected to jump in and learn without proper training and enablement guided by a person. It’s all done online through an e learning platform. Salary and perks are good but certain leaders are toxic and undermine AEs who are not in the cool kids club

Pay is very good but there is extreme pressure and many decisions being made by people extremely removed from front line sales. You are very much just a number and territory is everything.
