Salesforce the company is like its product. Powerful and complicated and so frustrating when things go wrong, which can be frequent. I like my team. Management is a mess. KPIs are largely unattainable.

Market leading products and a civil culture, but shrinking targets and exponentially growing sales targets mean there is no money to be made here for salespeople any more.
