Culture was very poor. The peers were typically great. The management was very aggressive. Every month you were expected to close business, even though comp plans were on a quarterly ratio. The threat of performance improvement plans was non-stop. Knowledge sharing was mostly from peers. Company had a terrible learning platform where most of the information was outdated or just incorrect and used poor grammar. Reps would have to get their knowledge on the products from the Partner community. Use cases were constantly pushed on us, but the use cases were high level with no true data to share. Company brags about their RoI team that will help you with customers to close deals, but they are not actually good analysts. Partner community has far better, with actual real world experience. Company treats Partner community as though they are disposable, so the the Partner Consulting firms treat the reps as enemies. Customers are so tired of the constant pressure to buy more that they avoid and ghost reps non-stop. Company rotates reps on accounts too often and the customers top quotes is, "Another new rep? Are you guys serious?" Product works. It's real deal. Company is a mess.
