Comp is getting worse but still great pay compared to other SDR jobs. Starting to feel like a public company (ie: more micro managing, cut throat on numbers, stricter on KPI's). Leadership has made a lot of changes, most of which I'm not a huge fan of but overall its a cushy gig given the work you do

Great sales leadership, great product, sales team is set up for failure with compensation and quotas. Not paid enough for % of quota you are going to hit
