Comp is getting worse but still great pay compared to other SDR jobs. Starting to feel like a public company (ie: more micro managing, cut throat on numbers, stricter on KPI's). Leadership has made a lot of changes, most of which I'm not a huge fan of but overall its a cushy gig given the work you do

Samsara knows that they have the best product in the market. They also know everyone wants to work here. Therefore they can hire MANY reps, and pay them MUCH less up front as these seats will always be filled. Base is HIGHLY underpaid. Good foundational experience for someone getting into sales and great benefits. That being said the industry is highly saturated with Samsara largely being an enterprise solution and not the best fit for commercial or mid-market businesses. Org does not leverage sales tools well and still using lots of manual processes.
