My overall experience has been great so far. Leadership is amazing and the company treats us very well. I feel happy here, but feel like I’m trading that happiness for a grossly low OTE compared to similar roles.

Product does seem solid but the landscape is becoming more competitive with other companies are catching up. Samsara does appear to have an advantage but they are also significantly more expensive than the competition. A lot of your success just depends on your book and territory. There’s instances where reps just get handed great opportunities.

In the mid market space, it can be harder for customers to see the value. It is by far the best solution but it is also expensive for these customers with competitors willing to go to the bottom of the bucket on their first price offering.

My experience was good. Great for new reps that were not bdrs before but sold something other than tech. Its a good intro in to tech sales without having to start all over and be a bdr first if you are looking to break in to the industry
