Former Employee I had a very positive experience as an SDR. The onboarding and training were strong — plenty of practical role-playing and real-time coaching that got me comfortable on the phone quickly. Managers were accessible and genuinely invested in helping reps improve. The product resonates with target customers, which makes outreach more effective and conversations more meaningful.
