Inbound lead flow always had its favorites. 90% of my sales were outbound and I really got burned out. Most reps end up in PIP After Q3 because they cant hit quota. PIP is not really based in performance as many reps who didnt hoy quota werent in PIP . There is a lot of favoritism in Latam.
