Better training and support could be provided to help reps ramping feel confident have an accurate idea of their path to quota. Not many reps hit quota but it is doable. They compensate you well - extremely strict and coach you on most calls you make.

Current Employee3.6Jul 25, 2025Great company, a perfectible product (US has all the features, not the other countries), and a good culture, but it's hard to sell in EMEA (there are a lot of competitors already established for a long time, and Samsara isn't well-known yet).
