Culture is good and leadership is supportive. Growing pains with other teams (billing, customer support) that unfortunately take up a not insignificant amount of time each week. Commercial team also doesn’t have contract buyouts, which in this industry can be a challenge as a lot of our prospects are already with a competitor. Leadership is working to address these things though and I feel like concerns are heard.

Fixed account book system favors some but majority of mid market reps struggle building net new logo pipleine. Inbound queue is extremely large, you maybe get one or two a quarter. SDRs are placed with 5+ AE's they dont care if they dont bring the AE any oppty's neither does management.
