Current Employee The inbound role raises some concerns. The quota seems misaligned with both the volume and quality of leads coming in. Hitting or even exceeding your targets doesn’t guarantee a promotion. I’ve seen reps consistently outperform for 8–10 months only to be passed over for outbound roles because they weren’t viewed as “money-motivated” enough. Leadership still seems stuck in the 2019–2020 mindset—back when the ELD mandate drove up demand and budgets for telematics. Today, the bar for qualification is higher. Deals need a significantly larger ACV to be considered viable, which makes it even tougher to succeed in this role and in the outbound role. Lots of churn. Browse Other Reviews
