Former Employee Best product in the market but isn’t the easiest sell. (We wear a lot of hats)
Leadership is totally hit or miss.
Some sales leaders are 10/10 and then some I wonder how they even got into the position they are in.
Company has grown so much it’s gotten extremely political. Focus way too much on DEI than real performance which is a true disappointment.
Most of sales org is pretty unhappy - culture at an all time low and don’t anticipate that to change with the growth plans. (tenured 3 years)
