Current Employee Only 2 months in but have friends who've been here 18/24 months in the SDR role.
Attainment in the UK is high, almost perfect. Targets are designed to be achievable and are dynamic according to month length and previous performance. Vacation relief available after 6 months. 3 months ramp, very attainable.
You work with 2/3 AEs with account books. The quality of books do vary.
Promotion to AE regularly happens although you do compete with outside hires. I have a feeling they are trying to do even more internal hiring.
Office and leadership have been fantastic so far. Internal enablement is greatt.
The MM (SMB for most industries) is probably not the best fit but there is still appetite.
30/40 calls a day, not too much pressure here if you are hitting. But like ALL SDR orgs it is watched.
Cannot recommend enough.
