My overall experience was ok but more chaos and less structure than in a start-up. No defined, efficient processes and no work put into development of employees. Also false promises made with lead generation. Needed to be almost only done by AE as SDRs were not performing and there was high fluctuation in the team. Really nice office in London and very nice people in the other teams like Benelux, France and UK. Only 4 out of ~ 50 women in AE roles so no gender diversity, similar in SDR teams. Product is really nice and in my opinion the best on the market. Sadly no good leadership in Germany also only remote work is possible.

There’s a lot of really great people and the product is the best in the market by a mile. Unfortunately they drastically over hired recently, chopped account books way too far, and kept raising quota. Slowly you can see less and less people hitting quota.
