Samsara is a good company. Room for growth and “#1 in the space”. Still in a little bit of hyper growth though which is making management externally higher like crazy. Account books get smaller and smaller by the quarter making it more difficult to hit number. If you are willing to grind and outbound like an SDR you can still be successful but things have for sure...Read More

Culture wise Samsara is great but I believe they hired too many people. Most ramped AEs aren’t hitting quotas and the current fixed book model is really just a luck of the draw. It’s a great company and they offer terrific perks but compensation and opportunity wise it is below many other companies.
