Leadership has changed a lot in the past couple years. Culture definitely in decline. People getting more and more upset at the way things are going. High expectations, higher turnover. Started removing RSUs for many levels. Removing holidays and scheduled days off throughout the year. Leadership has a “growth at all costs” mentality. Definitely not the emphasis on people there used to be. Still plenty of opportunity for growth and career advancement regardless.

Great product fit and great company being the leader in their space. Better training and support could be provided to help reps ramping feel confident have an accurate idea of their path to quota. Not many reps hit quota but it is doable. They compensate you well - extremely strict and coach you on most calls you make.

It’s been a blast so far, times are changing and the market is becoming saturated. You’re competing with advanced vendors that have similar features and also cheaper smaller operations which has been tough but the core market is there.
