Former Employee After interviewing with four managers, reading all the positive feedback on Repvue, I was super excited to join Samsara. Sadly, I was given a very insecure and inexperienced manager, that wanted to establish her repressed dominance right off the bat. Like a bad cop, she decided to eliminate employees for BS reasons disregarding people who were making quota, and demanding ADRs to make +80 calls with only 3-5 leads (working inbound only) that had fake names like moby dick or came from Russia. Samsara went full war mode and overhired remote BDRs to throw them in the trenches and provide brand exposure, most of them will die in the trenches and will not see the light of day.
