My overall review was that Samsara is a good company. Great product that answer a need. There is team spirit instilled by some great and competent managers and team leaders. Unfortunately internal politics within the company on the EMEA leadership level allow some agents to cheat on their stats & achievements and get rid of the ones who refuse to play by their rules.Read More

Pros: We have the best product. We have a great CEO, we have great Sales Engineers. Lots of R&D. Stock up and to the right Cons: more bureaucracy, takes longer to get things done. Account book/segment issues slowed things down last year. Not perfect but I couldn’t imagine selling in this industry and not being at samsara.
