The product and leadership here is amazing but the market has gotten so competitive that almost every deal you have to discount 50% or more. Managers are a tad bit out of touch and quota goals are entirely up to your “fixed book” / Luck of the draw/ luck of your customers growing.

-low OTE but great leadership -RSU / ESPP is strong -Difficult to rise in role / very particular about who is promoted -Need to overachieve in order to be considered for a role -Long standing AEs have much more customers
