Good base, awful product market fit. Not competitive in the market compared to other vendors. Lack integrations and implementation partners in EMEA.

Great product that continues to get better, but sales org has been going through it this year. Books were cut deep, quotas were jacked up, number of people missing their number is double what it was last year (if not more).

Pros: We have the best product. We have a great CEO, we have great Sales Engineers. Lots of R&D. Stock up and to the right Cons: more bureaucracy, takes longer to get things done. Account book/segment issues slowed things down last year. Not perfect but I couldn’t imagine selling in this industry and not being at samsara.
