Samsara has gotten a lot worse in the last couple of years. The leadership/management doesn’t have a focus on development, and while it does have that feast or famine culture it is missing the sales training needed to balance it out. Top performers are not being compensated fairly, and only a small percentage of individual contributors are hitting quota.
