Former Employee Leadership is important - as a new management hire, I ended up with a poor leader who offered little to no support and was difficult to read and engage with. Due to this, I made the decision to leave.
Overall the company has a great product and is a leader in the space. However, there is work to be done to improve culture, make sure expectations are realistic and encourage and grow moral.
It is a very cut throat environment which leads to constant stress and unwarranted pressure among the sales team which negatively impacts performance potential.
