Current Employee Samsara offers a great product, competitive pay, nice office+ remote, and some leaders are good. The bad part is there are no inbound leads in mid-market and you are dealing with a fixed book with very little prospects and existing accounts to work with. The book you are assigned is all based on luck and what types of customers and prospects you get. If you are in the bottom 10% you go on a PIP if you do it again you are fired. Very cut throat enviroment and not a lot of help with how to get better quality leads or prospects. My old manager was great but my new manager not as good. The job really depends on leadership and what type of leads you get. Samsara has also really over hired in mid market causing the account books to shrink as we scale. I used to love working here a few years ago, sadly my time has come to look elsewhere.
