Product is great but company is getting too big. Private sector is fine but public sector has been poorly management and quotas have consistently been problematic

There’s a lot of really great people and the product is the best in the market by a mile. Unfortunately they drastically over hired recently, chopped account books way too far, and kept raising quota. Slowly you can see less and less people hitting quota. Have been here for nearly a year now and it’s a tough job. You need to be good at outbound and Salesforce to succeed in the mid market role here. That being said, it’s an amazing product and if you know how to source 80% of your own pipe and close deals you’ll do great
