Current Employee Great company from an innovation, product, culture and leadership standpoint. CEO is a visionary. The main faults are the pay. Salaries and total OTE are very low with no pay bumps last year nor this year. So record inflation and no pay increases while becoming a profitable tech company in record time. That is the main thing that does not jive is hearing about how great a company we are and then not reflecting it by refusing to pay the sales reps that drive that revenue. It’s become a corporate machine that is showing more and more that they don’t care about the rank and file employees.
