Overall, it is the true definition of a meat grinder. Honestly, I get it. It makes sense for the company in the stage and industry they are in. I imagine most companies have to go through this phase as well. However, I have gotten to the point that it is depressing to see people get hired. Either they won't make it 3 months, or they will quit after 6 months. The lower people don't make it; the good people leave. That leaves a ton of middle-of-the-road people struggling to keep their head above water. The product and company is amazing. And if you are amazing, you may love it. But don't be shocked.

Very toxic organization. CEO is all about him self. Leadership team sucks up to him. Fear of losing their jobs.

I’ve been working at Seamless for quite some time now. I’ve experienced a lot of progression during that time. You can grow here but you have to work hard for it. Opportunities are plentiful for those who take the bull by the horns and wrestle it to the ground. If you’re a hard worker I don’t see you having any issues.
