Low comp No incentive to outbound New SDR crew every 3 months AE turnover like crazy Overbite in hopes it will equal more revenue but never does Good sellers work here but not long unless you get a ton of growth and net new inbounds Total volume game to hit quota Tone deaf executive leadership CEO spends more time writing books about success than actually doing anything successful
