I've been in sales for a lot of years, but I was looking for a change with the ability to work remote. The commission structure is very generous and I've been able to have some months makes 12K. The management has done a great job at coaching us to make sure we are doing the best job possible!

Overall, it is the true definition of a meat grinder. Honestly, I get it. It makes sense for the company in the stage and industry they are in. I imagine most companies have to go through this phase as well. However, I have gotten to the point that it is depressing to see people get hired.
