I work at a CX competitor in mid-market, and we usually win over SN in CX, and most of the time in IT. I am also in a big manufacturing state, and IT teams are small. I see two Sr AE's positions, one in the CX space and the other in Healthcare? How does servicenow perform in these industries?

More QuestionsQuota Attainment across the board looks pretty solid on here. Are all teams still seeing relative success? or are there some headwinds? For Commercial/Enterprise Sales Execs, how is the pay structured? What % is salary and what % is commission for OTE? Is the commission paid on any draw or always actuals?
