They’re still figuring out the CSM structure which made the role extremely tough to figure out and had little guidance as a remote employee. They seem to be offering hybrid only now, probably due to the lack of direction remote employees were given.

Current Employee3.1Oct 28, 2025Majority of the people that work there are amazing. Some terrible first line leaders that spend all day looking at dashboards and gaslighting their team. Company is much more cut throat in 2025 with a lot of the floor being put on pre-mature pips. More often than not you are at mercy of your account list.
