Culture very cliquey and insular. Targets high and raised aggressively for reps, small number of reps with the right territory achieve target. The base is exceptional. Achieving your OTE has become becomes harder the longer you're at SN, as quotas increase substantially YoY while your OTE remains the same or grows very little. Marketing, brand awareness, and inbound leads are a struggle depending on your market and segment.
