Like any organization, patch matters and effort matters. Relationships go a long way, too. By and large, I think of ServiceNow as the Ferrari of the current software landscape, but not every patch is equal. It can also be a complicated platform to understand presenting a challenge for some reps when trying to get deep with clients.

It's a great platform that is constantly being developed and expanded into new areas. Management now expects a strong office presence again and is increasingly micromanaging. Territories are also shrinking, but quotas are increasing.
