Achieving your OTE has become becomes harder the longer you're at SN, as quotas increase substantially YoY while your OTE remains the same or grows very little. Marketing, brand awareness, and inbound leads are a struggle depending on your market and segment.

However, as with most software companies, some of those innovations are not fully baked and causes the solution to fall flat when 'pressure tested'. Also, reorgs kill a lot of gained rapport with customers and accounts teams with which we collaborate.
