My experience at ServiceNow has, overall, been good. Company provides a ton of resources and is always innovating. However, as with most software companies, some of those innovations are not fully baked and causes the solution to fall flat when 'pressure tested'. Also, reorgs kill a lot of gained rapport with customers and accounts teams with which we collaborate.
