Current Employee What I don’t think I’ll find anywhere else:
Unmatched culture and the hiring based match/diversity first (starting into role, internal promotions, external hires)
What could be different:
Early and often training within the smallest unit of SE/AE teams (8-10), where performance, benchmarks, competition, and reputation is at stake, current enablement is across very large teams, and seen as a time suck from revenue generating activity.
