This feels uncharacteristic for ServiceNow. What once set the company apart was its culture of trust, purpose, and long-term partnership with customers. I’ve seen both sides of the coin as a sales rep for this company. Having great leadership can make your tenure here fantastic and truly a fun place to work. Having poor leadership can make this experience awful and question your willingness to give 100% each and every day. After a restructuring and now reporting to a new leader, this has been a terrible experience.
