Great company to work for. There is a challenge selling to SMB given the software is more aligned to larger companies. Getting companies bought in and growing is the best path.

Best place to sell if you are upmarket. Culture has changed which is to be expected with scale. Strength is in Enterprise (10k employee +), which is extremely competitive to get into but is 2nd to none in saas. Sub enterprise could be great, but doesn’t get the resource allocation needed to truly transform and partner. Commercial and especially mid market are at risk...Read More
