Current Employee Best place to sell if you are upmarket. Culture has changed which is to be expected with scale.
Strength is in Enterprise (10k employee +), which is extremely competitive to get into but is 2nd to none in saas. Sub enterprise could be great, but doesn’t get the resource allocation needed to truly transform and partner.
Commercial and especially mid market are at risk for compression. It’s been a common practice this year for RIFs to be disguised at PIPs / success plans (on west coast), to avoid negative press. Effective, but not great for moral or trust.
Overall I highly recommend because of brand name on your resume at the very least! Browse Other Reviews
