Current Employee Constant reorganization last 4 years. Comp plans adjusted to limit payouts; not focused on rep retention. I expect this is due to inflection point; SN is transitioning to large company reps can expect OTE as ceiling. A few will kill it when all aligns; target for reps 70%. Browse Other Reviews
