Base pay is lousy compared to market. Incentives are only relevant for enterprise teams. Org structure changes on a whim, so does account alignment. Held to quarterly quotas even though most deal cycles take atleast 4-6 months. Product + implementation is way too expensive for mid-market. Good company culture otherwise.

Slowly turning into Dell/Oracle sales. Too many SDRs and no movement from the top. Would look elsewhere before you pursue.
