Current Employee2.6May 5, 2025Base pay is lousy compared to market. Incentives are only relevant for enterprise teams. Org structure changes on a whim, so does account alignment. Held to quarterly quotas even though most deal cycles take atleast 4-6 months. Product + implementation is way too expensive for mid-market. Good company culture otherwise.

My primary complaint is the bottleneck between total available seats for the DSR position.
