My overall experience was great. The role's excellence was dampered by office politics, poor leadership from the management team, and unethical and toxic tech sales culture. If you can put your head down, smile, and play the game effectively, this role's comp and incentives is well worth the things you have to put up with.

It is a really tough time in the Mid-Market space at ServiceNow. Leadership is experiencing turnover with very few actually contributing to deals or AE coaching/support.
